This lot in the thriving Aperture development is special. It combines the proximity to town and views that don’t stop. We will be able to take our modern design to the next level with 8.0 given the relaxed design requirements in this neighborhood. Andrew Hadley’s (one of Crested Butte’s top architects) first concept design is stunning with incredible outdoor spaces and an architectural shoutout to “the Gronk” structure near Peanut Lake. We are eager to complete this design in the coming months and share more details with you.
