Midtown Mountain 3.0 – Summer 2022

4th Street was such a special project.  This amazing lot is situated in the historic west end of town with east facing views of Mount Crested Butte, west views of Red Lady and just steps away from Elk Avenue.  We spend considerable time focusing on color, contrast, and character at Midtown Mountain and this finished beauty is not short on any of them.  While we can’t wait to sip a cup of Camp4 Coffee on the large Butte-facing front porch, the back deck and large patio may be the spots of choice in late Spring / early Summer as Coal Creek will provide incredible audio aesthetics.  We hope you love 3.0 as much as we do!
